PersistBD Runtime Inputs and Labels (split_v4)

A pilot runtime-monitoring evaluation set for PersistBD coding-agent models.

The release contains 250 fixed inputs shared across 19 checkpoints (10 backdoored and 9 clean controls) and

4,750 checkpoint-specific behavior annotations: 630 observed attacks and 4,120 non-attacks.

The declared detector-evaluation policy yields 625 Positive, 4,120 Negative,
