Watch-QA Runtime Inputs and Labels (v1)

250 fixed pre-search inputs shared by four Qwen2.5-Coder checkpoints, with 1,000 generated responses and finalized first-search labels. The separate 500-input nominal reference set uses the same interface and decision point.
