Picture_Uncensored_Win64 is a fully standalone, offline text-to-image application designed for local execution and educational purposes. It allows users to understand how text-to-image generation works under the hood—without cloud filters or artificial restrictions.

The application is built around the cyberrealistic_final_pruned_fp16.safetensors model architecture and includes a built-in translator from German to English, so prompts can be entered naturally in German.
